TAC Funded Services
Victoria · Transport Accident CommissionWe support clients recovering from transport accident injuries across Victoria with attendant care, community access, independent living skills, and daily living support — funded directly through the TAC, separately from NDIS. Referrals are welcome from case managers, lawyers, and hospitals.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Help with daily tasks, personal care, and activities of daily life to help you live as independently as possible while building your independent skills. Best suited for people with higher support needs requiring help 7 days a week including overnight support.

Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3)
We help you understand your NDIS plan, link you to services, make referrals for therapeutic services like Speech Pathology, Psychology, and OT, and attend meetings to ensure a holistic and adequately funded plan.

Positive Behaviour Support
Applied behaviour analysis to understand challenging behaviour and implement evidence-based strategies to improve quality of life, decrease risk, and increase community access through specialized intervention planning.

Participants experiencing challenging behaviours that impact their quality of life, safety, or community participation. Led by qualified behaviour analysts. Our PBS services integrate closely with our Psychology team for coordinated therapeutic outcomes.

Providing families and caregivers with respite breaks so they can continue to support their person. Available in Heidelberg, VIC with safe, comfortable environments and experienced overnight staff.

Speech Pathology
Comprehensive services including mealtime management, communication assessment, communication devices/aids, and supporting both formal and informal supports to increase communication ability and quality of life.

Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists support children and adults to maximise their independence, safety, and participation in everyday life. We work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to develop practical, person-centred solutions that improve quality of life.

Our OT team works closely with Positive Behaviour Support practitioners, support coordinators, and disability support workers to ensure practical recommendations that achieve meaningful outcomes.
Funding & Costs:
Occupational therapy services may be funded under Improved Daily Living (Capacity Building), Assistive Technology (Capital Supports), Home Modifications (Capital Supports), or Therapeutic Supports. We can assist in identifying the most appropriate funding category within your NDIS plan.

NDIS Funding and Plan Management
We work with all NDIS funding arrangements to ensure you get the most from your plan
Self-Managed
You manage your own NDIS funding and choose your service providers directly. We provide invoices and documentation to support your choices.
Plan-Managed
Your plan manager handles the financial administration while you maintain choice and control over your services. We work directly with your plan manager.
NDIA-Managed
The NDIA manages your funding directly. As a registered provider, we can accept payments directly from the NDIA for approved services.
