Our Story

Positive Care and Supports (PC&S) was created with the sole aim of offering support that always puts participants first, to have policies and processed that put our participants at the centre of what we do. We provide a range of disability services and aim to make a difference in the lives of those living with a disability.

With over 10 years of combined experience in the disability sector, we have grown from a small team to a trusted NDIS registered provider supporting participants across New South Wales and Victoria for over 150+ participants with 50 staff.

Our goal is to make each of our participants' lives easier, fairer, and more involved. We work with you as partners, respecting your decisions and valuing your individual journey, if we aren't the right fit we will also make some support suggestions for you to try.

Our Values

The principles that guide everything we do

Say Yes First

We start from a place of possibility. When others say "too hard," we ask "how can we make this work?" Our default response is to find a way forward.

Learn by Discovery

We don't wait until we have all the answers. We embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, reflect on what works, and adapt our approach alongside our participants and their community as we discover what best lives look like.

Courage to Care

We lean into difficult situations courageously, advocate fiercely for our participants, and don't shy away when things get challenging.

Integrity in Action

We do what we say we'll do. We're transparent about our capabilities, honest about our limitations, and accountable for our commitments—always.

Safe and Harmonious Working Environment

We offer a workplace that provides support, guidance, and acceptance to both staff and participants, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Passion

Every member of staff is passionate about the work they do and considers all our participants a part of our family.
